❤️ Why I’m a Rotarian

I believe that meaningful change happens when people come together with a shared commitment to serve others.

Rotary provides an incredible opportunity to build relationships with people who believe that Service Above Self is more than a motto—it is a way of living and leading. I value the opportunity to learn from fellow Rotarians, serve our community, support important causes, and be part of something that extends far beyond our own individual lives.

🌎 My Rotary Connection

One of the things I value most about Rotary is the combination of local impact and global connection.

Preston Hollow Rotary gives us the opportunity to make a difference right here in our own community while also connecting with Rotary’s worldwide network of people who are working to create positive change.

As a Rotarian, I especially enjoy the relationships, conversations, service opportunities, and stories that remind us that every person has something meaningful to contribute.

🤝 Service Above Self

Throughout my career in education, service has been at the heart of my work. I have had the privilege of mentoring educators, developing leaders, supporting students and families, and helping organizations improve educational outcomes.

Today, I continue that commitment through real estate, educational consulting, community involvement, and Rotary.

I believe our greatest impact often comes through the seemingly small things we do consistently—encouraging someone, opening a door, sharing our expertise, making a connection, or simply showing up when someone needs help.

✨ Beyond the Rotary Pin

A passion of mine: Leadership development and helping people discover their potential.

A place that feels like home: Texas!

Something people may not know about me: After 32 years in education, I made a major career transition into real estate. It has been an exciting opportunity to use many of the same skills I developed as an educator—listening, teaching, advocating, problem-solving, and building relationships—in a completely new way.

What I enjoy: Family, community, learning, travel, serving others, and spending time with our two miniature schnauzers, Zoe and Terah.

A personal goal: To continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of people and communities wherever I have the opportunity to serve.

💙 Why Preston Hollow Rotary?

Preston Hollow Rotary is special because of its people.

We have members with different careers, experiences, perspectives, and areas of expertise, but we come together around a common purpose: to serve and make a difference.

I want Preston Hollow Rotary to be a place where people feel welcomed, connected, valued, and inspired to serve. I also want us to continue building strong partnerships in our community and expanding our impact through education, literacy, youth, international service, and meaningful relationships.

As President, one of my goals is to help our members discover that Rotary is not simply another meeting on the calendar—it is an opportunity to belong to something bigger than ourselves.

“When we connect our relationships, our talents, and our commitment to service, we can create an impact far greater than any one of us could create alone.”
